General return information
Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
Items returned worn, washed or damaged will be returned to you and is subject to additional shipping charges
We must receive the item within 1 week (7 days) of when it was originally postmarked from us.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but any exchange items sent back to you will be sent for free.
Can I receive a refund if I return an item?
Yes, but only if your return request is made within 14 days of your original order and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
Sale items are NOT eligible for refunds.
We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note original shipping is non-refundable.

Socks, hats and underwear are completely non refundable or exchangeable!
